Looking to create a brewstand. Lugging 6.5 gallons of boiling wort around is not fun...or safe for that matter.

A fermentation chamber is also a project that is needed soon. This will help maintain consistent fermentation tempratures. Temprature control is important to prevent off flavors. Also, Largers require lower fermentation temps that require refigeration.
